Its days like this that change your game. The last few days have been awesome getting to just relax and skim with a homie. No people, no cameras, no stress, its been amazing. Now it's Monday and the clouds and rain have blanketed most of the Puget Sound. It's days like this where you spend hours upon hours pouring through hundreds of all the skim video's and new media from the year and years past. Days like today, you find what made you inspired to pick up your board in the first place. Whether its what you saw, who you saw, or how you saw it, something clicked and you couldnt get enough. It's days like today when you see something youve never seen in skimboarding. Day's like today can change your style, yourmindframe, and your outlook on what skimboarding is. Without even taking a single toss you fall more in love with our sport. Some may only ever say "The R Word" because they hate the precipitation. True northwesterners find the gold in everything our beautiful region has to offer, I know I have.
